AQ Launches Audit Service

18th March 2010

To support decision makers and budget holders in determining best value and a clear sense of return on investment across a range of business critical activities, AQ has launched today a new range of bespoke services to support the arts and charitable communities.

In launching this new AQ service, John Nicholls, managing partner commented, 'Through our own research and through the reports of others, we recognise that there continue to be many challenges ahead for our client sectors and it is vital that we support the cultural and wider not-for-profit communities through these times in offering an arms-length opportunity to reflect on their activities in a positive way.'

AQ's Audit Service offers organizations the opportunity to rationalize costs and re-evaluate returns, making considered decisions based on our impartial advice, while managing any risks that may be identified through our processes.

Audits can be undertaken across the following organizational functions:

Marketing and Communications (including digital)

Fund-raising and wider revenue generation

Events management and delivery

Support functions including, administration, IT, financial accounting, human resources

Board/ Volunteer effectiveness and management.

We use a range of tools and our experience in these key areas to create a bespoke methodology that best suits the scale, vision and values of your organization. At the end of the process, you are provided with a detailed report on findings and action plan of deliverables.

Usually, we look to complete the process within a maximum period of six weeks of commissioning.

Pricing is set based on the methodologies deployed but we remain sensitive to the needs to minimize costs and demonstrate improved returns as quickly as possible.

To find out more about the process and arrange an initial discussion in person or by telephone, contact John Nicholls on john@artsquarter.co.uk or call 0203 062 8852
