Heather Graham

Heather specialises in strategic events advice for the not-for-profit sector. Her background is within the arts and heritage sector and she has over 17 years’ experience heading the events teams at the British Museum and at Tate where she was a member of Tate Modern’s project team from the earliest planning stages through to its opening. Heather has also worked at the V&A and as a consultant for The Art Fund.

A Development professional, Heather is known for being a pragmatic and diplomatic manager and for her ability to build and nurture profitable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. She has a track record of developing successful new venues, delivering high-profile events and integrating complex events programmes into existing organisations - developing them to become key elements of organisational and fundraising strategy. Her recent work has included a strategic review of events policies and procedures, research and audit work, recruitment, and the project management of various cultivation, donor-led and public-facing events.
