  • Using the Wealth Intelligence Database to analyse audience and existing donor data - working with a range of organisations to help plot potential private sector supporters. To find out more about WID click here.

Digital Planning & Implementation

  • To work with a number of arts organisations under the aegis of the ACE-funded AmbITion programme to deliver a range of digital support services to enhance stakeholder engagement and participation.
  • To work with the senior management team of a mid-scale theatre venue to install a new CRM system and work through a range of organisational change issues associated with the project.

Events

  • To deliver an ongoing programme of brand-building and high value revenue generating events for a charity to realise their ambitions to engage effectively at the highest levels within government and industry.
  • To create and deliver a high profile event for a new charity in a central London location, involving individuals from within the theatre, film and music communities to raise funds and seek wider levels of engagement with high net worth individuals.
  • To develop and then implement a series of high profile cultivation events to enable our charity client to develop it networks with the media, business community and among its peer group.

Marketing, Communications & Brand Development

  • Using a range of data analysis tools and research methodologies, to support the senior managers of a national cultural institution in determining the scope and scale of their marketing and communications investment across all areas of their operation for the next three years.
  • To support an internationally recognised higher education establishment in consulting with staff and external stakeholders about a range of issues regarding its future directions.

Innovation, Change Management & Capacity Building

  • Working closely with Trustees and key stakeholders of a small-scale performing arts organisation, to determine a resource structure (embracing full/ part time staff, volunteers, interns, out-sourced services) including management of all aspects of the recruitment of new staff. Our work will enable Trustees and senior managers to deliver effectively the artistic ambitions of the organisation over the next three to five years.
  • To support a group of volunteers and other supporters in delivering appropriate governance structures and policies to create a new grant making charity.
  • To support a performing arts organisation in developing its Board membership, developing appropriate processes for the induction of new members in addition to seeking out a new Chair of the Board.
  • Working with senior staff and Board members in a mid-scale arts venue to put in place appropriate HR structures and values.

Revenue Analysis, Planning & Delivery

  • In partnership with senior staff, to create and deliver against a fund-raising and marketing strategy to raise funds and profile for a major London-wide cultural festival to take place in 2009.
  • To work with senior staff and Trustees within an arts umbrella body to develop fund-raising capacity and improve the wider revenue base of the organisation.
