Paul Werb

Paul is a senior marketing, PR and fundraising specialist with nearly 20 years. He has an impressive track record in strategy development, hands-on delivery, people management and training, all combined with excellent communication and creative skills.

Paul has held senior management and marketing positions in a wide range of not-for-profit organisations, such as the Executive Director of Marketing & PR at the Institute of Fundraising.

At every organisation he has worked for, Paul has helped increase not just the organisation’s profile, but also their income and client/membership numbers. At one organisation, membership grew by 70% and income by 30%.

With experience encompassing fundraising, branding, marketing, media relations, public affairs, events, social media, internal communications and customer service, Paul is a strong advocate of the benefits of integrated campaigns. For example, Paul led the award winning Take Our Daughters to Work Days - securing government and corporate sponsorship, mass media coverage and the involvement of 10,000 businesses and schools.

Paul has many years experience running teams responsible for internal and external customer service, and surveys have consistently shown over 90% high satisfaction among customers.

For 5 years, Paul was a Committee Member of the Fifth Estate, the CIPR sectorial body for not-for-profit professionals. He has delivered dozens of trainings on Fundraising, PR, Marketing and Internal Communications.
